Fighting Risotto – Uncle Vic’s Kitchen, Episode 11
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Large minced onion
7.5 Cups of Chicken Stock
2 Cups Italian Rice
1/2 cup of dry white wine
Red wine for sipping
4 Tbs of butter
1 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper

http://www.TangoDango.com Uncle Vic starts teaching how to make a lasagna. The women find out and all is not well. Preheat Oven to 375 (185 C) Pre-Saute Zucchini & Mushrooms Sauce up the bottom of the pan. Layer on some pasta. Full layer of ricotta cheese then pasta. Add fun layer, sauce, then Pasta. Cheese up the top with mozzerella, sauce, & Parmesan. Cover and bake for 45 minutes, cool for 10. Enjoy.
