Fighting Risotto – Uncle Vic’s Kitchen, Episode 11
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Large minced onion
7.5 Cups of Chicken Stock
2 Cups Italian Rice
1/2 cup of dry white wine
Red wine for sipping
4 Tbs of butter
1 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper
